Since December 2022 within the frame of Action Against Hunger program of Economic and Social Participation of Vulnerable and Displaced and Local Population in the South Caucasus (EPIC) CEPFA has been implementing a training based on SHUTTLE methodology. SHUTTLE is an innovative and inclusive methodology that develops soft skills and assists trainees to find a right job.
The training lasts for 4 months. CEPFA teacher Lilit Hayrapetyan and CEPFA career counsellor Anush Stepanyan were chosen as coaches for SHUTTLE training.They both were trained first in Action Against Hunger workshopsheld on 2022 July 18-22. During the workshops, they learned how the techniques of the SHUTTLE approach support inclusion through the development of beneficiaries’ professional and personal competencies. They learned how to conduct “Shuttle” sessions through group activities and practical exercises.
