1. How can one apply?

The applicants must have either upper secondary education or basic secondary education. The applicants fill out the form on Education Management Information Systems website https://emis.am :

3. Are there any entrance exams?

The applicants for “Culinary”, “Pastry”, “Garment Manufacturing Technology”, “Hairdressing Art and Makeup” departments have to submit a school graduation certificate or diploma. The applicants are chosen on the basis of the highest average of their certificate or diploma marks together with the marks for the subjects announced as competitive for a certain department.

 The applicants for “Dental Technology” department are also admitted on a competitive basis. The competitive mark generates from the sum of the highest average mark from a school graduation certificate or diploma and the highest score for the entrance exam in Biology.

4. What documents are required to apply for CEPFA?

  • Upper secondary or basic secondary education certificate (original document)
  • 4 photos (3×4cm)
  • Birth certificate or passport, and social security card (photocopy)
  • Parent’s passport (photocopy)
  • An army draft conscription document or a military ID card (photocopy)

5. Is there any age limit for applicants?

Age limit for applicants is 15 years and above.

6. Is there a tuition fee? Are there any tuition fee deductions?

Yes, there is a tuition fee. Tuition fee deductions are applied on the bases of high academic records and to the students of vulnerable social groups.

7. What kind of final document is awarded after graduation?

The alumni are awarded:

  • State diploma with official transcript attached
  • Certificate of upper secondary education
